IT keeps the doin the same thing. and i redownloaded ms.55 like a kuzillion times and still the same thing happens. someone please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its really pissing me off >_> 
i press the guaridan icon thingy and it goes black adn then it goes back to destop and shows a box that says error code wid numbers and dats it
